We reserve the right to cancel any tour 48 hours prior to the agreed-upon date depending on factors such as weather conditions (fast changing in the bay area). We will always strive to deliver on the promised experience defined at the time of booking and for that reason, we will cancel and refund your security deposit if we feel we are not able to deliver on a premium experience. For example, boating to a beach where rain is scheduled to happen will probably not add up to your most memorable souvenirs so we will be happy to cancel or reschedule your trip.

- Passengers must be 6-year old at minimum
- A minimum $150 deposit per group/family is required at the time of booking, refundable in case the booking is canceled 72 hours prior to the tour date. See our current pricing sheet for a-la-carte details
- A liability waiver must be signed prior to the trip for each passenger. You can review it here; we will require this document to be signed prior to anyone onboarding our vessel. Please review it at the time of booking
- We accept any major credit cards (all of our payments are processed by the secure Square platform); full payment is expected at the completion of the tour, plus a discretionary tip
- A minimum of 2 passengers is required to confirm a tour

We have, are, and will happily continue to find ways to customize any of our proposed experiences. We have access to various resources (motivational speakers, musicians, wedding planners, transportation agencies, private cooking chefs, etc) and are always willing to innovate so please call us if you have something specific in mind or we can make recommendations based on your circumstances.
